    What is Usability Testing?

    I own my own business and when people ask what I do, I say, “I do usability testing.” Quite often (even when they are in software or product development) they give that quizzical look.

    what???

    Then ask, “What exactly is Usability Testing?”

    I have a few different spiels (and resources on this site). I can go into great detail and can give great examples of what I do, but it doesn’t quite match up to a video that actually SHOWS you what happens in usability testing.
