Time Breakdown of Modern Web Design

There seems to be a general irritation on the part of really talented web designers that has to do with design becoming easier with all these great tools that do most of the coding for you. No need to do fancy CSS or java coding, just make a table and drop some pre-made widgets in and , PRESTO! you’ve got yourself a web page!
While I agree that these tools are making it similar to the early 90s where everyone and their aunt had a web page (leading to some truly ugly websites) I also believe that making web design accessible to the masses will increase the semantic/social web.
Great designers and programmers will always be needed to lead the cutting edge of graphics and interactivity. Maybe its just time to stop acting like making a WordPress/Drupal/whatever template somehow makes you better than the people that use the template?
