While I may have wanted to blackball my colleague, Dana Chisnell out of personal poutiness due to her leaving the Bay Area (pooey); She just keeps on churning out amazing and useful books Handbook of Usability Testing, 2nd Ed. and articles.

Today, she wrote this blog post about providing more than just basic usability in a website, and instead, being able to address the higher levels of satisfaction to users.

It is important as we move forward to do more than just best practices. Those are the minimum. As usability specialists, we should strive to make users happy, content and…dare I aspire for love from my users?

Usability Testing, Beyond Frustration 3 Levels of Happy Design

Thank you, Dana, and I hope to see you again soon.
